Small Groups

We believe God intended life to be lived in community.  While our worship services are great for worship and hearing the Word of God, small groups is where a life of faith is lived out.  It’s where we build close relationships, bear one another’s burdens, and wrestle with our fears, doubts and what it means to follow Jesus in our daily lives.  Some of our life groups are based on common phase of life (Women's, Young Adults, and Youth), If you’d like a current list of groups, want to visit a group or have any other questions, please submit an email with your contact information and one of our representatives will reach out.

Youth Ministry

At Rutledge Pike, our youth is the heart of our church. They are the future church, and our only hope is that we can help create a solid foundation for them to know and also show Jesus's love! We strive to teach them all the ways that they can be involved, whether that be through teaching/leading on Youth Sundays, singing in our Junior Choir, or enjoying Christian Fellowship at one of our organized youth events!                                                                                                                                                           - Olivia Gardner (Youth Director)

Missions

"And the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.         (Matthew - 25:40)

  • Angelic Ministries - We serve 1-2 times per year. We lead a service, providing the music and message, then serve a meal of home cooked food for the homeless and less fortunate of the community.
  • Operation Christmas Child (Shoebox Ministry) - We collect items monthly to fill shoe boxes with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items to send to children in need around the world, that may have never heard about Jesus or received a gift.
  • Nursing Home Visitation - We visit residents at a local nursing home to sing, play bingo, and fellowship.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  - Darlene & Ronnie Everhart (Mission Directors)
